Have you ever wondered why, while reading, the tendency is to fall asleep? It didn't take long for me to realize that reading simulates the movement that our eyes make while we dream. Think about it. That's also why reading is conducive to learning. As your eyes travel back and forth across a page, you are lulled into a semi-trance-like state. The same thing happens when a hypnotist swings an object, at eye level, in front of a subject. REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep is simulated and the subject becomes open to suggestion and so learning happens.
So, as you read this little article you might be getting sleepy... sleepy...sleepy. You are now under my control. You are asleep but with your eyes open. You will do as I command. (Boy, I sure could take advantage of you now!) You will be kinder to everyone you meet today. You will not let your boss walk all over you, but will stand up for yourself and look out for others. As you drive home from work you will be pleasant to other drivers, no matter how badly they enrage you. And remember this especially: You will tell everyone you meet about this Blog and will email this blog to all of your friends and tell them to read it regularly. When you finish reading "The End" of this you will remember reading something interesting, but will not remember what. You can wake up now and go back to what you were doing previously.
The End
